To cancel and request a refund for the BOX NETWORK Monthly Subscriptions simply call us at +1 (929) 800-2907 within 24 to 72 hours upon your payment.
Refunds for BOX NETWORK TV Subscriptions will be processed within 24 to 48 hours and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address we have on file.

To complete your return of a BOX NETWORK Top Box, simply call us first at +1 (929) 800-2907 before mailing back the BOX NETWORK top box along with customer name and billing address to

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your BOX NETWORK Top Box return, it will be received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days. A 50% processing & handling fee will be deducted from it's total products cost, subscription fee(s) and/or services.

Exchanges (if applicable)
